These terms cover this website — the pages you are reading and the contact form. They are not the agreement under which OSM Pro itself is licensed; that is a separate written contract between CYOPS IT Inc and each customer.
What this site is
This site describes OSM Pro, a wellsite dispatch and billing system for carriers hauling for oil and natural gas producers, and sets out how it is being rebuilt. It is published by CYOPS IT Inc, which owns OSM Pro.
Using it
You are welcome to read this site, quote from it with attribution, and link to it. Please do not copy it wholesale and present it as your own, attempt to break into it, submit anything unlawful through the form, or use automated means to flood it.
The contact form
Send us an enquiry and we will do our best to reply the same working day, but nothing here is a promise of a reply or of a particular response time. Please do not send confidential information, credentials or personal data about anyone else through it — it is an ordinary email path and not a secure channel for that. What happens to what you do send is described in our privacy policy.
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, a quotation, or any obligation on either side.
The roadmap is a direction, not a commitment
The roadmap describes work in stages rather than on dates, deliberately. It reflects our current intent and it will change as the work and our customers' needs change. Nothing on it is a contractual commitment, a delivery date, or a promise that a particular capability will exist in a particular form. Do not make a purchasing decision on the strength of something that has not yet shipped — ask us where it actually stands.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site correct and current. We cannot promise it is free of errors or omissions, and it is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Where the site and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement governs.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CYOPS IT Inc is not liable for loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect the terms of any licence or services agreement you have with us.
Trade marks and content
OSM Pro and the contents of this site belong to CYOPS IT Inc unless stated otherwise. Other names mentioned — Microsoft, QuickBooks, Cloudflare and the rest — belong to their respective owners, and are named only to describe what the software works with.

Changes
These terms may change; the date below tells you when they last did. Continuing to use the site after that means the revised terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lee County, Florida.
